Hi
First replace the d2bs.dll in your bot folder with the one located in the download
now to setup your d2 folder.
1. Make a copy of your Diablo II folder that has been updated to the 1.14d patch
2. Open the game folder located in the download, copy all the files
3. Open your copied d2 folder and paste all the files in AND REPLACE WITH THE ONES ALREADY THERE.
4. now run the bot from the game.exe in the copied d2 folder, NOT THE ONE FROM THE V114 SUB FOLDER
